The solid axle 4x4 conversion offered by QUADVAN utilizes current model year F-series SUPERDUTY components.  Starting with the SUPERDUTY front axle coilspring assembly (DANA SUPER60), we utilize this entire axle assembly in unaltered form.  This axle is integrated and engineered to fit into the E-series chassis and preserves all factory Ford geometry.  All the steering components along with the track bar are OEM FORD factory components. QUADVAN 4x4 conversions preserve perfect steering geometry and have no bump-steer, thus allowing us to offer the BEST HANDLING, BEST RIDING and BEST DRIVING 4x4 van in the industry. 

We have CAD engineered in-house, our own radius arm brackets that perfectly mount the axle to the frame as it was designed and intended to be mounted while preserving perfect suspension geometry. QUADVAN has CAD engineered its own reinforced cross-member package to provide more differential clearance than any other 4x4 conversions in the industry.  This allows QUADVAN to offer two ride heights—a 2½” lift (lowest solid axle 4x4 conversion available) or a 4” lift (33” to 34” diameter tires) like everyone else in the industry.  The QUADVAN 4x4 conversion utilizes the factory Ford coilspring and shock mounting locations in the frame.  We have CAD engineered our own brackets that perfectly mount the coilsprings in the correct factory designated location on the axle and also mount the sway bar into this bracket.  We utilize the factory Ford SUPERDUTY transfercase, either in manual--the NEW VENTURE 271, or automatic form—The NEW VENTURE 273. 

The DANA SUPER 60 front axle (2006 Ford F-series) is used in stock, unaltered configuration.  The bolt pattern is 8 on 170 mm and requires a 17” wheel and tire upgrade to clear the massive brakes and maintain the axle in stock Ford configuration.  We chose to change the pattern in the rear axle (Ford Econoline) from 8 on 6 ½” to 8 on 170mm to match the new F-series.  This allowed us to widen the track to match the front, so now when you go service the front end, it is 100% stock Ford F-series componentry.
